We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with ShellPilot for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at shellpilot@sistana.ge with your order details. We will confirm your refund request within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method.

You can also request a refund directly through FastSpring's customer support at FastSpring Support.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 30-day billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

Renewal refunds: If you are charged for an automatic renewal you did not intend, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. We recommend cancelling your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
