Cancellation Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Online Subscriptions)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly online subscriptions purchased through FastSpring. If you are not satisfied with ShellPilot for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time purchases of any monthly online subscription plan via FastSpring
- Upgrades to a higher-tier monthly online subscription (within 30 days of the upgrade)
This guarantee does not apply to the direct B2B annual invoice path, which is governed by Section 7 below.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at shellpilot@sistana.ge with your order details. We will confirm your refund request within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method.
You can also request a refund directly through FastSpring's customer support at FastSpring Support.
3. Subscription Renewals (Monthly Online Subscriptions)
Monthly online subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 30-day billing period. You can cancel your monthly online subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Renewal refunds: If you are charged for an automatic renewal you did not intend, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. We recommend cancelling your monthly online subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
The B2B annual invoice path does not auto-renew; renewal is by paying a new annual invoice (see Section 7).
4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund (Monthly Online Subscriptions)
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase or renewal date
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Refund abuse or repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
5. Cancel Anytime (Monthly Online Subscriptions)
You may cancel your monthly online subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
To cancel, use the FastSpring subscription management link in your purchase confirmation email, or contact us at shellpilot@sistana.ge.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds for monthly online subscriptions are processed by FastSpring, the Merchant of Record for that purchase path. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days. This section does not apply to the direct B2B annual invoice path — see Section 7.
7. Direct B2B Invoice Sales — Cancellation and Refunds
Independently of the online subscription path described above, SYSTANA LLC offers a direct annual invoice option to business customers (see Terms of Service Section 18). This path is not processed by FastSpring and the 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 does not apply to it.
Activation: Annual invoice subscriptions are prepaid. Access is activated after payment is received by SYSTANA LLC. A free trial period precedes any paid order so the product can be evaluated before purchase.
Term and Renewal: The annual subscription runs for twelve (12) months and does not auto-renew. SYSTANA LLC issues a renewal invoice approximately thirty (30) days before the end of the current term. Paying the renewal invoice extends the subscription for another twelve months; not paying it ends access at the term end date. No separate cancellation notice is required.
Refunds: B2B invoice sales are final. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused capacity, except (a) where mandatory statutory rights require otherwise, or (b) where the paid service cannot be provided due to a provider or infrastructure failure on SYSTANA LLC's side.
